Our staff are committed to ensuring that you get the most out of your shopping experience, therefore aim to provide an excellent level of customer care; if you are unable to find a product or item that you are looking for, simply speak to one of the team and they will do their utmost to locate the item at another branch or even pass your requirements onto our Buying team who maybe be able to source what you’re looking for. Should our service levels not meet with your expectations then we would welcome your feedback; you can complete a customer card in one of our branches, or you can speak with the branch Manager. Equally, if you feel that our staff have excelled then we would also welcome your comments; it’s nice to be able to pass on positive feedback.

Pricing

At Country Baskets we pride ourselves on our highly competitive prices; we operate a two tier pricing system referred to as Gold & Green. Gold prices are available to those customers who have a turnover in excess of £2,000 per annum with Country Baskets, (For further information on how to become a Gold Card Trader, please see the Gold Card Benefits Page). All prices displayed are excluding VAT.

Registering for a Trade Card

To purchase from Country Baskets, you will need to register for a trade membership card. We welcome anyone who is buying to sell on, for craft or display purposes. Either take the opportunity to register on-line or simply pop along to your nearest branch of Country Baskets and register for a trade card there. To register you will need proof of business, as well as some personal ID.
