We offer a flat rate courier delivery charge, no matter how much you order, to anywhere in the United Kingdom (mainland UK only).  This is £3.99 plus VAT.  We will endeavour to deliver all orders in 3-5 working days

Once placed, online orders cannot be cancelled.

Country Baskets Online Returns Policy

Goods can be returned for a full refund either by post or to any one of our stores providing the item is in its original condition and reaches us within 14 days, from date of purchase.  If you are returning your item by post then you can print off a free returns label for your parcel.  Please click here to download

Your receipt/proof of purchase MUST be included within the parcel.  For large items please contact our customer services team on 0844 8582862 to arrange their return.

Terms and Conditions – Customers will be able to return goods either via post or to any Country Baskets branch.  Customers will be entitled to a full and immediate credit/debit card (non-cash) refund providing they have or include proof of purchase and goods are returned within 14 days of date of purchase.  The refund will be made on to the debit or credit card that the purchase was made on.  Goods must still be in a saleable condition when they are returned unless there was a fault with the product on delivery to the customer.
