Gender Pay Gap Report

Gender Pay Gap Report 2018

All employers in the UK with 250 or more employees must report statutory calculations showing the size of their gender pay gap.

The gender pay gap gives a snapshot of the gender balance within an organisation. It measures the difference between the average earnings of all male and female employees, irrespective of their role or seniority. The mean gender pay gap in the UK is on average of 17.4%.  I am pleased to report that the comparable figure for CB Imports Limited is 8.3%.

The gender pay gap does not in any way compare the comparable rate of pay for men and women doing the same work.

I confirm the data reported as accurate.
