These simple yet adorable Ghosts in a Jar are the perfect last-minute finishing touch to you Halloween decorations. The LED tealights will give off a ghostly glow under the tissue paper, bringing a spooky ambiance to your decorations!

So make sure you have everything you need this Halloween to create the spookiest and scariest décor for your home.

What you will need:
White Tissue PaperKilner jar
Craft Glue Gun
Wooden Sticks
Wooden Bobbins
Foam Balls
LED Tealights

Step One:
Start by creating the structure of the ghost, insert a stick into the bobbin then glue into place. The polystyrene ball will then need to be placed on the other end of the stick and will be the head. The bobbin will then need to be glued to the inside of the jar lid.

Step Two:
Scrunching up the sheet of the tissue paper and open in back out again, this will add a gaunt look to the tissue paper which will add texture to the craft and make the sheet look worn.

Step Three:
Once you’re happy with the creases you’ve created, place the tissue paper over the polystyrene ball to create the sheet.

Step Four:
Bring the ghost to life by adding a pair of eyes and a mouth by drawing them on with a marker pen, this is where its your time to get creative! Try out a few designs and see what looks best.

Step Five:
When you’re happy with the placement of the sheet, carefully put the jar over the ghost and onto the lid. Gently screw the lid back onto the jar making sure not to move the tissue paper too much. Next, cut off the excess tissue paper that is poking out from around the lid and add an LED tealight under the sheet for a ghostly glow.
